Agent Tree, of British Intelligence, recently brought to light a super top secret team of scientists, R&D weapons experts, missile command units, and the like known as Special Weapons Force. SWF would have been an additional branch of Action force but was 86'ed due to budget cuts. Based on his initial report, further investigation was ordered. This turned up additional operatives.
