head and helmet: 25th single carded Mjr Bludd
dog tags: modified from the 25th single carded Mjr Bludd
forearm - Cobra Legions Cobra Commander right forearm
holster and pistol - Joe 5 pack #2 Hawk
rest of figure - Desert pack Mjr Bludd

This fixes the items that I did not like about the 25th Mjr Bludd that was released. I didn't like how his head was bald under the helmet. My initial plan for this was to remove his helmet and paint some hair and sideburns onto him and then glue the helmet back on. However, after removing it, I was thinking, if I cut off the tab and glue it back onto the hole in his head, then maybe I can make his helmet removable.

The second part of this custom is his articulated arm. I had extra Cobra Commanders so I decided, why not take one apart and see what I can do with it. When the Desert pack Bludd was released, I had an expendable right arm to play with so I looked into it some more and ended up cutting at the mid forearm and drilling into it to fit the Cobra Commander upper forearm into it. Now his right arm is fully articulated.

I cut the dogtags and glued it on to look like it was under his collar.

The last part to make it look vintage was the holster. The black Hawk holster fit perfectly.

The reason why I used the single pack Mjr Bludd head was because his eyepatch was painted better than the one on the desert pack version. As a result, I had to paint the teeth white as well.

The hair is just painted over glue residue.

The last two pictures showing his sideburns in detail are actually older pictures which do not have the Hawk holster yet.

Hope you all like it. It's actually a very simple custom.
