This is my third take at this character. My first was a pretty simple Aqua Viper Officer repaint. At the time, it filled a hole in my collection, but it was far from perfect. My second version was made for a Joe buddy. He prefered the ROC Star Viper head for his custom, so I went with it. Finally, for my third version, I combined the best elements from both previous customs and presto! Although these are still borberline LBCs, they should be my last attempt as I am quite satisfied with them.
