Since I collect mainly the vintage-style Joes, I decided to adapt the cool Storm Shadow Unmasked head and hood to an older Storm Shadow body. It took some carving of the neck to fit, but I finally got it looking like an old-school neck. After that this figure was a breeze. Added some weapons, made an Arashikage crest and it was done.

I see this figure as a post-Cobra Storm Shadow, outside of GI Joe, donning his traditional Arashikage ninja clothing and weaponry.
