After I finished my Mr. Freeze custom figure, I thought Captain Cold is what I should customize next. So here it is. I'm a fan of DC Comics' Geoff Johns' Flash run. I was already able to customize a 3.75 Captain Boomerang II figure, and now I have Captain Cold that would look good with my Captain Boomerang II on display. Maybe I could customize another Flash villain, probably Murmur's next to build a bigger Rogues Gallery.
