I don't know what the Hasbro designers were on the day they designed the Flak-Viper, but - wow - what a nightmare. He wears what I can only describe as a singlet. He also wears chaps? I think? And those colors! The 1992 Flak-Viper has some very non-military colors with the sky blue and Kelly Green. I don't exactly know why they decided to re-issue the Flak-Viper the next year, but the 1993 figure's colors are even more garish.
I don't really have an affinity for the Flak-Viper. I think he's just too weird and visually loud. I do have an affinity for making less popular G.I.Joe figures so I thought I would take a stab at this very weird figure.
