There is a certain weight that comes with being the daughter of one of the smartest innovators in the universe, Anthony Stark, and the most business savvy CEO's on Earth, Virginia "Pepper" Potts. Everyone assumes it is nepotism when she earns awards or scholarships or grants or government contracts because...well, a lot of reasons. There is a lot of jealousy, over wealth, over how easy things come to her naturally while others struggle to keep up, over all the heroes and celebrities she knows. She can't even have a random drink with someone without it becoming a TMZ story.

With every exploit and news story people think she must be living her best life. Quite the opposite. Sure, lots of kids have a father not in the picture and a mother always busy working. But Tony didn't just disappear, he left a legacy so large, no one could ever possibly live up to it, no matter how much she tries. So nepotism, narcissism, possibly most definitely alcoholism, and a lot more -isms people are afraid to say or print because of Pepper's team of lawyers on retainer. She has put herself in a shell, both figuratively and literally, where when she's tinkering or in the suit, she is only thinking about saving other people. No photo ops. No agenda. Just doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do. "Frig* everbody and everything else!"
