This is a simple kitbash/LBC, only the helmet has been painted.

I probably could have created a version of Budo ages ago and normally I would have, but, to be completely honest, I just never liked Budo. I can appreciate him, sure, but samurai in G.I.Joe just felt like a bridge too far. I previously had done a V2 version of Budo, but that was mainly because he was a low tier figure and I like to make those guys. Not much to say about this figure except I darkened the red in the helmet to try to more closely match the red in the sword. Side note: the MTF Hiro head fits eerily well into the Budo helmet.
