Jose' Montalvo was the Navy representative for the Extreme incarnation of the G.I. Joe Team. He comes into the ARAH continuity as a former DEVGRU operator and SDV pilot. Harpoon can covertly deliver Joe SEALs to places other Joe subs can't reach. As a fully qualified SEAL, Harpoon is an asset to the small squad of SEALs embedded with the Joes. His time with DEVGRU makes a top choice for hostage rescue missions. Can often be found catching waves with Rock n' Roll and Mariner in his off hours.
