This was the figure that I have wanted to do ever since I came up with the idea for this project. General Flagg was a perfect figure for the original line, even if he was gunned down soon after this.

I know that some other legs/waist might have looked better, but my idea was to see if a complete Cobra Commander could be used to make Flagg. Also, I tried to do something that Hasbro might have done given the same situation.

The hat was my favorite part. Originally I had planned on keeping the glasses that were already on the Policeman's head. Unfortunately, the hat would not fit, thus I scratch built the glasses. I had to do a little work to the back, which actually worked well, and I used that technique on General Austin.
