Zartan is a master of make up and disguise, a ventriloquest, a linguist (over 20 dialects and languages), an acrobatic-contortionist, and a practitioner of several martial arts. Very little is known of his background and origins, but most security agencies agree that he European Military academy training.

Hired by Cobra Commander to infiltrate the G.I. Joe team, Zartan poses a new Joe recruite with the code name Shooter. He plans on learning the G.I. Joe Security protocols and sabotage several missions before returning to Cobra.

This was a fun one to put together. I was going to go with the Major Bludd chest, but decided to go more with the disguise aspect of Zartan. The original Zartan chest plate fits well over the Zap chest and looks good. Only had to cut down the back of the mask some to fit well enough on the Flash head.
