It would be the unstoppable kart that would ensure the Cobra Armor Division Commander would win every race. He ordered the mechanics in the ranks of the Motor Vipers, Cobra Coils, Track Vipers, and Stinger Drivers to acquire surplus civilian go karts and retrofit them with Cobra vehicle armor so they might stand a chance against the G.A.S.P in each kart race.
